Dropping Off at LGA?

Dropping Off at LGA?
I am scheduled to drop off a Budget rental car at LaGuardia and was seeking input into this location...is it at the terminal or off-site? If off-site, any transportation provided? Any additional info would be appreciated. Thanks!

The car rental facility is about a mile or so off-site. They have shuttle buses to take you to the terminal.
