Left in the snow
Made a reservation for a small car on Dec 2 for the Christmas holidays so that I could be with family that live out of town. You guessed it, got to the rental counter and they had no vehicles and didn't expect any more to arrive. Explain to me what the point of a reservation is as it seems to have eluded me and the counter staff.

When I said they had no vehicles I mean they had absolutely none! No upgrades and no cars period. Being the holiday weekend I had no luck getting another car but I did manage to rent a 12 passenger bus to get where I was going.
A far cry from a Toyota but I did get there.
