Budget does not have BA as a partner, so you wouldn't be able to gain anything with that. However, I found this on Budget's website (don't know if it's been mentioned before):

I'll keep my eye on that, thanks. I don't nec. need BA, just thought I could swing a great price and still take advantage of their great promo.
