My rule of thumb - whenever I am asked to sign a car damage report sight unseen, my possible fraud alert kicks in. In this case, I very very carefully inspect the car and take copious photos.

Thumbs up

@Shinehearts I think this damage is in-front of your eyes. This may also visible to you while driving car first and second time. So, you may have need to complaint this damage to the owner and need to send them a copy of damage. Then this may help you. You have seen this damage at last so I think this may your Fault. You may need to be aware for this in future.
