Terrible....
Avis do all the handling with no separate Budget terminal anymore.
Staff have no idea about Rapid Rez or Fast track. Directed to the standard line for the manual processing of reservation.
Complete rubbish.
Budget should be ashamed of the lack of service at this major airport.
