Roadside assistance

I had to use roadside assistance due to electrical issues with car not my fault. Budget says credit card charged for assistance, but it hasn't been charged yet. What is the best way to proceed? Try to work it out in writing or just cancel that card and get a new one?

Hmm, sounds like a mutually agreeable resolution.
