Posting miles to AA

Posting miles to AA
Rented from Budget for the first time. Any idea how long it takes for miles to post to AA?

njupintheair Any specific verbiage that you were looking at on the link you provided? I couldn't find anything regarding how long miles would take to post.
As a data point, I completed a 6 day rental on September 4th, 2012 but have not seen miles post to my AA account.

Update: I called budget customer service and they told me that the AA# is not on the reservation and took the number to add it. I used the special link that takes the AA# to make this reservation and not sure how it wasn't there.

You likely got an entry for 250 base miles (for the 5 days .. 50 miles per day) and 4750 bonus miles for a total of 5000 miles. Only the Avis summer promo was on top of base miles, while Budget was total miles (including base miles).
Do you not see the 250 base miles on this statement or previously?

No, I am not sure you got this right on your statement.
You likely got an entry for 250 base miles (for the 5 days .. 50 miles per day) and 4750 bonus miles for a total of 5000 miles. Only the Avis summer promo was on top of base miles, while Budget was total miles (including base miles).

I realized that after posting here, I got only 50 base miles, sent an email to budget asking for the remaining 200.
