A day late for a prepaid: cancellation by Budget, fees, other?

A day late for a prepaid: cancellation by Budget, fees, other?
Arriving evening at US airport location. Would like to take advantage of promotion that ends the day before the arrival. A five day rez drops in price by more than $1000, so it's worth some effort.
I've always used National and Hertz until now, so Budget is uncharted terrirotry.
If the reservation is set for midnight of the day before arrival, the rez is prepaid and the rental is picked up 20 hours later (the evening of the next calendar day), will Budget cancel the prepaid reservation for being a no-show, or am I within a 24-hour "day" per how Budget counts time?
