Underage fee waived
Does anyone know if theres an underage fee waived code or coupon. I'm here in California bayarea. Looking to get an suv up to Tahoe this winter.

Register for USAA, and then register with USAA's PC and you get the underage fee waived with Avis, Hertz, and Budget.

USAA ask for military information. do i have to be in the military to get the discount?

Military affiliation is not necessary for basic USAA membership or to open a free checking account with them. It is if you want to purchase any of their insurance products.
