Still showing those silly prices... How about €13247 to Bangkok, anyone? Or any of the other WT+ bargains? Hurry up, only 3 days left to book...

i've noticed that BA have reduced their LHR-BOM CW prices...they normally charge around £1950 for the route, and Dec-Mar they're coming out at £1550 ish....The sale prices were a steal at £1100ish...only reason why i can think of why this is so is due to VS Starting up BOM recently (DEL flights aren't cheaper than normal)...also the £1100 price were more than likely due to AI's aggressive pricing on this route too (they charge that amount at the moment)....
so not really a sale fare, but a cheaper than normal response to the competition fare...!

That's the problem, isn't it. There are Sales [route/class/dates] and there are 'responses' [by route/class/dates].
There is NEVER a "BA Sale, everything must go"

LHR-IAD, of course - YMMV.
If it doesn't happen, I may [quite seriously] have to start looking elsewhere. And I would really hate to do that - for all it's numerous faults, I like BA.

Haven't seen anyone mentioning these so thought I would post in case it helps someone looking to go to North America during Dec.
BA's website is showing a Luxury Christmas Getaway…they must have some dates and routes that they need to fill a few more premium seats with…nothing to get too excited about but…
Selected BA destinations in Club World for reasonable prices (in case you missed the recent sale):
Very specific dates, needs to be 7 day return fare and a Saturday night included. Some locations have Jan. dates as well.
Vancouver = £ 1731
Toronto = £ 1474
Philadelphia = £ 1405
Newark (NY) = £ 1297
Chicago = £ 1507
Non refundable, non changeable…but still decent prices if you can take advantage.
Hope someone can take advantage of this.
There are other regions as well but the deals are quite frankly not too great IMO.

Good spot! That's almost 50% off the usual Vancouver fare...

I have to chuckle at the notion of the coldest places in North America deemed "Christmas Getaways." Someone wants to have a merry time caroling on the Lakeshore Bike Path in December?
