Blimey...you only joined FT today, and this is the first question you ask!!!
I doubt there will be any movement until the new year. There are lots of factors being taken into account at the moment but LGW is not high on the "to do" list.

No MAN
Not at MAN today, but I would say hello at LGW! MAN runs are September, yes that is the only time you will find Spottie running after a MAN. Well, unless it has WO in front of it

Nothing to worry about. It is clean and the City Centre is not as messy as Canall Street. I am not sure what time is the parade, but everyone will be sleeping recovering from Friday night until time for the parade... I will be at Cafe Nero then...

The parade is from 2pm to 4pm this Saturday (25 August) and follows a route through Manchester City Centre. Be warned, you will not be able to get into the "Gay Village" area without purchasing a Big Weekend ticket for £15 (plus £1 booking fee) from certain outlets. The price increases to £18 from Friday. The weather for the weekend in Manchester is set fair so be prepared for a stunning spectacular from us fabulous Northern queers! The route follows Deansgate from the Liverpool Road end, on to St Ann Street, then Cross Street, Albert Square, Princess Street, Whitworth Street and Aytoun Street. The best viewing position will be at Albert Square, where the judging of the floats will take place. Get there early for a good vantage point. Albert Square is outside the Gay Village area so you will not need Big Weekend tickets.
