Tier Point Question

Sorry, this may be obvious, and I did check the stickies (honest).

If I book two CE tickets (for my wife and I) can I have all the tier points applied to my card? Is it possible to transfer tier points?

No

You can merge the miles through a household account, though.

If you want a fast track to status, consider moving your account to Europe (only 400 pts for Silver, 800 for Gold) although you will have to give up your BA Amex and Tesco collecting.

No - you can use a household account to pool the BA miles between you, but the tier points are applied to the card of the person travelling only.

Edited to say - oops - Raffles got there a second before me!
