OT: Skyteam goes GLAM!
TAROM is joining Skyteam as an Associate Member (whatever that means). Oneworld should have pounced when they had the chance
More predictably, Copa (Central American focus), Kenya Airways and Air Europa will also be joining.

Seriously, they're decent!
Never flown them, but I've got a couple of friends that visit BUH every now and then and they consider TAROM to be a nice little airline.
The 18/19 smiley faces on carsurvey.org (which is usually full of people who moan) aren't a bad sign either.
Nothing too GLAM, of course , but a few more options are always welcome! Pink elite card you say, mmm I'll have one!
This move is a direct result of the only unallied decent-sized airline in the region being unable to meet Skyteam standards.
