I just signed up my company for the British Airways Venture Club. I am not sure if it is available outside of the United States.
The way it works is that they assign each company a Frequent Flyer number. The company, along with its employee's,receive mileage credit.
The company can earn free tickets, upgrades, etc. to be distributed and used as it wishes.
