A321 Exit Row

Have just been told by LGW CC that row 9 on the A321 is not an exit row (contrary to what is marked on the seat plan) so bags can be left under seats. I have previously been told the opposite but she was adamant. Is this correct?

Strange! Is there a reason it’s marked as exit on the seat maps and you are asked to confirm on boarding that you are willing to sit in an exit seat then?
