LHR - DOH Business rtn sub £1000 May 2024 - an error or a bargain

LHR - DOH Business rtn sub £1000 May 2024 - an error or a bargain
BA.com is offering return business class fares LHR - DOH May from £961. Various dates on offer at this price and can be booked as a BAH with 5 days (so double tier points) 5* hotel circa £1200 per person (2 passengers) or a 5 day fly drive which comes out cheaper than flight only. Seat map indicates it is Club suites.

This is nearly half the lowest price for this route indicated by BA Flight Finder. Is BA simply trying to fill flights or this an IT error?

At that level, it doesn't sound like fare mistake to me.

seems to be a 4 night minimum to get the sub £1k price. doesn't seem to work from JER/INV/DUB so seems you can't dump the APD. widely available for dates in to next year.

Anyone thinking that £1k return in business might signal a reasonable price in first is likely to be disappointed. Nothing under £7k as far as I can see.

well i am still getting quotes for 4/5 nights on ba.com for £962 J return for later this year and early next year. google flights gives an easy way to scan thro lots of dates at once.

PITY its just 280 tierpoints return, so not TP-run worthy

This is so close to fitting perfectly with our christmas plans to help positioning to/from the Middle East, sadly the fare isn't available in the week in December we need it. Ah well!! Will stick to the redemption plan as-is for now
Great fare though! If I had any need to go to Doha I'd be all over it.
