I thought revaluation is not permitted for multi airline itineraries with case by case exceptions where all airlines use same base GDS or are 'well connected'.
Taxes may change too (including YQ/ YR).
If revalidation in practice is hardly possible then any change to OW RTW will be USD 125.
indeed revalidation is not allowed on these

you can use a BA/CX/JL fare and issue on QR stock - all these oneworld RTW allow ticketing on stock of any airline that has marketed flight on itinerary. The who issued a fare and who issue eticket are separate conundrums!

So does this mean any change will be USD 125 (at least...). Or the issuing airline will allow reissue with reissue fee waiver if there is no change in routing?

Funny that QR fares are filed in USD. I hope someone can complain to Egyptian regulators to get QR fined for such offending actions.
And AA fares are not showing up in Expertflyer but seems to be higher than others too (probably same as QR).
