Is this a general 787 issue or a BA issue? Are other airlines experiencing the same on these extended flight times to and from Japan? Thankfully the 777-300 is scheduled back on the route this winter for BA5 and BA6 services for those flying later in the year. From experience, BA’s onboard service for these long Japan flights is already very poor, particularly the daylight return at around 14hrs 30 or so.
