Codeshare check in

We booked a flight on BA through AA. It's been a long time since we did a codeshare.
Do we check in with AA or BA?
Thank you.

You check in with the operating carrier, so in your case, BA. Bon voyage!

Would this be the same case for us? We have booked through BA to fly Dublin - Cancun. The flight from Dublin is on Aer Lingus, but the Cancun Flight is BA. It's all on one ticket/booking.

Would we check in with Aer Lingus, who would check our bags through to Cancun, or can we check in with BA? As Aer Lingus do not offer Business Class/Club world, would our bags receive priority tags (not that it always makes any difference)?

Thanks as always.

On BA bags are loaded in bins based on cabin (in the barcode), so the presence or otherwise of tags makes no difference (they’re only really for customers to see).

This is assuming you’re connecting in the same airport anyway - if transferring LHR-LGW then you’d have to collect and re-check in any case.

You already have a ticket. They should check you through and issue both boarding passes though.
