Premium Economy connections to Qatar Airways
I've noticed that it is possible to book connections between BA and QR in Premium Economy by having the first connection be LGW-DOH on BA in Premium Economy and then the second leg on QR in Economy. However, I've also noticed that it is impossible to do the same via LHR.
Has anyone else noticed this? Why is it impossible to book Premium Economy flights starting in LHR if I include a QR leg, but possible if I start in LGW?

The only LON-DOH service with a W cabin is the BA operated one from LGW.
BA don't (currently) operate LHR-DOH, only QR - and QR don't have a W cabin, on any aircraft.
