It still has that scary but bizarrely reassuring gurgling sound, doesn't it?

If so, don't worry, everything is pretty much normal.

(Memo to self: purchase bleach and scale remover from Boots before entering shower complex.)

There was a tissue - unclear if used - left in my shower on Wednesday…

I only noticed it half way through when I trod in it.

Definitely....and tag a rag. They're not a charity and charge for this. I feel most for the people just wanting a special experience (or just a minimum level of standard for what they pay for). If they can't maintain the standard they should close themm

They were in bad clip back in September when I had one. There was a hole in what appeared to be a paper ceiling in the one I had.

This was exactly my thought. This can't be doing them any favours - they would be better off not offerinbg them surely.
