I have never received Avios points or TP on a Avious booking before

anyone have any idea??

Thanks
Welcome to the forums. This is occasionally reported and the usual advice is along the lines of shhhhh. Or in my case, reminiscing about BMI Diamond Club. Just be happy with all the brown stuff that heads in our direction these days you have made it to the top of the pile.

Hi

Sounds like an error in your favour as normally no avios or tier poties should be awarded.

Whilst rare there have been a few occasional reports here of this happening.

Were there any changes to the ticket prior to departure? Sometimes when rebooked after a cancellation/schedule change, you can be booked into a revenue fare class.

Happened with my partner on a 2for1 booking. Flight got changed three times due to covid restrictions but for some reason she got avios and tier points whereas I didn't!

Those included some real shenanigans with people mailing/faxing in boarding cards for award ticket flights.

I'd be surprised if they had time given everything they've got on their plate right now 😀

If I send BA some BMI boarding passes with a nice letter, will they still credit them?

Or has the glory of BMI faded away?
