Dissolve a BA household account

Dissolve a BA household account
I want to dissolve my BA household account. The instructions are to do this by removing all the members. I successfully removed 2 members from my household account, but the other 2 cannot be removed as they have not been in the account for more than 6 months. The T&Cs say:
16.1.7 Once a Household Account is established, new member(s) may not be added or existing member(s) removed more than once every six months. A Household Account may not be dissolved or re-established more than once every six months.
This implies that I CAN dissolve the account as it has been active for more than 6 months but I cannot do it via the method of removing members online. Does anyone know if it's possible?
