Estimated departure now pushed back to 20:42 - nearly six hours late. Multiple Ryanair and Easyjet flights have come and gone. Passengers are able to go back to the restaurants and Schengen lounge before passport control but involves doing immigration to go landside and back through security (no liquids etc). There is a non-Schengen business lounge but of course it's closed
Looks like the outbound BA872 hasn't even left LHR yet

Typical BA sh*tshow in Krakow today. Departure scheduled for 14:45 is currently delayed nearly 5 hours due to "late arrival of incoming flight". 30 mins after the scheduled departure there is still noone from BA at the gate to provide information and no communication from BA other than the app showing the flight is delayed
Easyjet flight to Gatwick boarded on time and about to depart from a gate (BA gets a bus)
100+ people sitting in the gate lounge including young kids - no proactive information on duty of care e.g. buying water etc
Truly embarrassing
