Above and Beyond
I understand the Gold Card recognition system ,
Cabin crew have told me that there is another recognition procedure called Above and Beyond . I have not been able to locate it on Mange my Account . I am told that this has greater quo dos than the Gold Card.
I am anxious to recognise crew on a recent flight and wonder if anybody has any experience of Above and Beyond and how to use it.
