avios question
I am trying to book some travel on AA using avios. Never done this before but have some points expiring and would like to use them. I've found some flights (most seem to indicate "7 left"). I haven't actually gone through the booking process yet. Basic question: can I pick seats with this arrangement? It's a family of 5 traveling. Thanks

I think it probably depends on what OW status you have.

On the basis their Avios are expriring I suspect the OP does not have status as they will not have flown OW for some time.

Most seats will not include free seat selection for non status pax

It depends on your status. But if it’s important to you you could just pay for seat selection.
