Holidays booking - flight cancelled, rebooked onto also another cancelled flight
Hi all,
Hoping this is just a gremlin in the system or the BA elves causing trouble...
Got a holidays booking for February to JFK, and the return flight (BA173 on Feb 7th) was cancelled yesterday - rather unfortunate as we wanted the day flight so we wouldn't need to take the next day off work. As a result, we've been booked on to BA112, however this also has the big red "cancelled" banner below it. Our two options are to review and accept the itinerary, or contact BA Holidays. I'm a little worried about accepting in case it is cancelled and that inevitably causes more issues in the booking, and obviously contacting them is nearly impossible.
Interestingly BA112 is showing as bookable on the website still so hopefully it isn't actually cancelled but it may just not have filtered through yet. Has anyone had an issue like this before and is it just a case of waiting for it to resolve itself, or should I get in touch with BA to try and get it sorted?
Cheers.
