April 2022 flight cancellations and operational changes

Have searched but could not find a thread for the above.

I’ve had our BA53 LHR/SEA cancelled on 4 April. This is the 09:40 departure.

Starting 25th April (so presumably through the summer), LGW-PUJ BA2205/2204 has gone from Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday to Monday/Friday becoming BA2157/2156 and as an extra bonus you now get to enjoy a stop off in Antigua.

April 2022 Flight cancellations and operational changes

Just had cancellations for LHR-MLA and now looks like all MLA flights will be back to LGW.

The BA website, and the new e-ticket says Terminal S - are BA planning to be back in the South Terminal by then?

April 2022 flight cancellations

Last week got the annoying message that the second flight of the day LHR-TLV (167?) on April 14th was cancelled. Got moved to the early morning flight (165 I think) leaving at 8am instead but unfortunately a day later than I wanted, which gets me into TLV very close to the start of an important event I cannot miss. Unfortunately there was no availability on prior days — not surprising since it’s a busy time of year for travel to TLV.

Sorry. Didn’t see it because I think it was only started very shortly before I posted. I’ll see if the mods can merge

But I didn't get notification of it until today, so I'm a little confused!

Mystery solved... there are TWO others. One started as shown in my post above. That one should live. This one and the other new one should be closed!

BA mystery rescheduling for the MAN-LHR has started again. BA1389 has been retimed from 0945 to 1055 departure.

Why are these schedule changes so random? Once again it has pushed us uncomfortably close to departure to the US, so much so that I'm contemplating rebooking onto the early one. I'd rather have a few more hours in the lounge than legging it through the airport with the wife and kids.
