Amex point transfer problems currently?
Hi all,
Just wondering if its only me, but for the first time ever my avios did not come through this month, and neither Amex nor BA seem to be able to help! Hoping it's just a temporary issue due to the IT issues.
If anyone has similar please let me know!

Probably related to this: 13Nov pm - 17Nov am : BAEC account maintenance - cannot login or spend Avios . Their upgrade does not appear to have gone smoothly to say the least.

Mine took 11 days to transfer from Membership Rewards, so I imagine you could be on a similar timeframe. How long past usual posting date are you ?

9800 Avios left my BAPP account 6 days ago and not yet posted on my BAEC account.
logged today in the Desktop version of the BA site and my household account is no longer there (but I can see the consultative Avios in my phone app)

As a matter of interest, being a new card holder and not yet had any points transferred, my account is showing as 12,000 to be transferred. What will my account show as during the transfer process?
