5 May 21 : ba.com & app outage for 'planned improvements'
ba.com is down overnight for ‘improvements’. It is due to be back up for 5am BST.
Just a heads up for anyone planning to use it.

It seems something went wrong. I tried to log in after 5am BST, the message said "will be back by 5 BST"
Tried again after 6, now it says "will be back by 6 BST" --well it is after 6BTS and clearly not back😲
then they do not mention which year😁

Now says 8.00BST but I have just called the goldcard line and added my return from Orlando for next Easter on a 2-4-1 FTV booking. Missed this post yesterday and so called the US number at 01.00 BST and was told they couldn't access bookings either. Still, nabbed the 2 CW seats this morning so happy days.

I hope this new website upgrade is worth it!
