FLUB on BA0255 this Saturday?

I see there is a first class but BA don’t seem to be selling seats for it. Is this because it’s full or because BA plan to keep it empty (or might it be converted to FLUB)? If FLUB, any tips on how to get there please?

Hello Sophie Jsy and welcome to FlyerTalk. There's a whole thread dedicated to this here:

Doesn't seem like it will be a FLUB flight. Expertflyer has the cabins separated for that flight and currently has 3 seats selected in First.

And for those who aren't up to date with flight numbers, BA255 is LHR-BGI.

Thanks. If 3 seats are selected in First, does that mean that people were able to book that class? (I spoke with BA a week or two and they seemed to think that there was no First flying to BGI from LHR as opposed to Gatwick).

Still, I’m only Bronze and there are four of us so, looking at the other thread, it seems I shouldn’t change our seats even if Flub becomes available (will just get sent back to worse Club seats).

Well it's being sold now (shows F selling class on the BA website). When I checked earlier it wasn't.

So they are, and a mere snip at £34,500 return for a family of four!

All LHR-BGI are scheduled to be operated by a 777 with Club Suites through until the end of November, the configuration should be 8F/49J/40W/138M)

F - Rows 1-2
J - Rows 5-17
W - Rows 20-24
M - Rows 25-40

I remember flying Dan Air as a child and whenever someone asked for white wine they always said "ice?". It was probably Liebfraumilch or blue nun. BA is helping us rekindle those memories
