Have just put the bottle of red in the fridge, the battery acid on the radiator. Ive thrown out all the lemon melts and threw the steak into the tanning drum 20 minutes ago. All thats left is to create a dirty eating environment, I have my 18 month old daughter currently eating lunch. After shes finished the kitchen are will resemble a decent cw seat. Leave it a couple of days, pop the steak out of the drum, get the tongs for the red and oven mitts for the acid, steal her sippy cup to pour the acid into and Ill be good to go. Et voila.

That's given me an idea - I will decorate my meal with the obligatory finely-diced red, green and yellow peppers (that are mentioned nowhere as ingredients on the imaginary menu). Then to fully recreate the inflight dining experience I shall try to eat the food without accidentally eating a microscopic piece of pepper and giving myself indigestion for the rest of the week.

Also ...... more attention to detail by others please : remember to produce printed menus to accompany your substitute meal creations ......... menus which are then often mysteriously nowhere to be seen once the meal itself is about to be served. Plus ..... if there are more than two of you in the quarantined household, the first meal choice of the third person will, sadly, not be available. These are tough times.

Whoever wins - I will come in full uniform (or as a friend so vivedly describes it Full BA Drag) and serve it. I'd send Can I help you but it is unlikely that he will still fit in his uniform and he could certainly never fit in a Eurofleet galley.
