Verdict: Tasted better than your average airline-meal, except for the miserable salad with no dressing. The chicken was very good, I did leave it in the oven for half an hour after cooking as I was still preparing the other J meal. The chicken didn't dry out as the foil kept moisture locked in (from the veggies). Everything was cooked in the foil container. Sauces and desserts were ready-made. For the airline tray I used a standard oven-size baking tray lined with a J cloth.
Sitting on the sofa eating with plastic cutlery and drinking from a plastic glass really felt like eating an airline meal. Yum.

Strawb I hope I am not the only one in awe of your foil crimping skills. What are you like with a pasty?
Honestly, nothing too hard about throwing some ingredients into a container and putting it into the oven. Just remember to cover the peas and sweetcorn with the foil as you brown everything under the grill the last five minutes. I didn't make the sauce, potatoes or desserts so kind of cheated in a way. It was very enjoyable to make, serve and eat! This thread is fun! 👍

All I know is that anyone that can crimp foil in that fashion should check their heritage.
