4K blocked on 3-class LGW 777

4K blocked on 3-class LGW 777
I have checked on Seat Alerts and 4K is blocked on both legs of a flight to and from Florida. Is this for crew rest or is it blocked for Golds. Now there is only one bulkhead in the LGW 777 configuration 4K would be a very good seat to be able to reserve. Thank you for any help.
