Avios CEO moves to American Express
The current CEO of Avios is leaving IAG to join Amex, as per official announcement just issued by the travel management giant.

Whether or not this will have any noticeable impact for users of Avios remains to be seen.

The Avios CFO departed last month, too. Quite unusual for both departures to occur with similar timing.

The article linked mentions GBT a lot (Amex’s Global Business Travel).

It’s hard to read that without putting an L before it.
