BA+AS Can I book in 1 ticket?

BA+AS Can I book in 1 ticket?
looking for BA AMS-LHR-SEA, Then transfer Alaska SEA-YVR,

BA Website can only quote AMS-LHR-SEA 84K Avios+USD 334, so I need call BA they can book AMS-LHR-SEA-YVR all in 1 ticket, right? will need add another 7.5K for SEA-YVR? cancel fee will be USD 50 only?

meanwhile AA Quote AMS-LHR-SEA-YVR 57.5K+$332, Alaska Quote 60K+$212, any idea why Alaska fees is less? I check the Alaska website AMS-LHR-YVR fee is same as BA $314 Range.

Yes BA can put it all on one ticket if you call them, assuming there is W class availability on AS for SEA-YVR.
