The connection service desk for domestic arrivals had only 1 member of staff and a queue of 15 people. Nothing wrong with people doing their best there but you’d think they might put more people to man the desk if they have been dealing with delays since morning.
Was advised it will be quicker to come out of the airport and head back to check in desks where there is more staff.

My LHR to EDI flight was late today due to the inbound from Gothenburg being late. It meant I missed my train at EDI but no great shakes.
It was certainly gusty when I landed from BWI and left for EDI.
