Nothing - it’s an unnecessary cost. I’d send a post card saying instead I’m investing the savings in enhanced New Year celebrations.

middle seat of some of BA worst planes... with of course a dirty seating area,
non working entertainment system, and have to have kids that will constantly kick his seat back

A copy of "Up the Organisation". It is exactly the sort of focus on execution and customers rather than bureaucracy and management fashion that BA needs.
