Cancellation of booking

Cancellation of booking
Hi
We have a small group booking but one of our group is unable to come now due to a leg injury. It doesn’t look as though we can just cancel him online is it something we need to phone BA to do. Would the whole booking be cancelled if he just didn’t turn up.

You will have to call to have the one to be split from the Booking and cancelled.
If you don't cancel it and the person will be No Show and split, with their return flight cancelled.
Will not affect any other traveller.

Also, if it is an actual group booking, you may be allowed to replace him by someone else instead if you have another person wishing to join .
