There might not be a single replacement as BA will have all three of the A350, 787 and 777x in the fleet.
The A351 and 781 have broadly similar arrangements to the 3 and 4 class 772s, respectively, so more of both seems likely. BA might choose to see what RR, Airbus and Boeing offer in terms of updates.
Some of this might depend on compensation payable due to 777x delays.

Couple of hopefully interesting data points, from a regular SFO-LHR traveller:
After waiting until summer 2022 for CS-equipped 777-300 aircraft, all SFO flights are now 787 / A380 and back to CW. No clarity whether / when we go back to CS.
My first CS experience was pretty unimpressive: outbound flight the door would not close, inbound the seat started obeying phantom commands - e.g. when I was asleep it would, uncommanded, move back to an upright position, and when seated, would randomly move or recline. This happened about twice every hour and obviously was unsatisfactory. Apologies from cabin crew but none of their in-flight fixes worked.
That said, going back to old equipment feels like a significant downgrade. A380 First stills feels more spacious, but very tired and poor privacy, even in 1A. CW is... well, you know. BA really needs to crack on with the conversions and make up their minds what they are doing with the 787 / A380 aircraft, because operating a mixed long-haul experience for much longer is going to really dilute the benefit of the CS investment. But they also need to do a better job on quality control and maintenance of the new seating.
EDIT: Just remembered that last Thursday (Sept 22) SFO-LHR was on G-STBB, one of the last 9 non-upgraded B77W aircraft. Kind of annoying after having the upgraded versions during the summer - hard to discern BA's strategy here.

Yes, the doors seem very fragile and vulnerable to breaking on the Club Suite, which is pretty unimpressive considering it’s relative youth. On a recent CS flight to LAX, we also noticed that one of the folding covers for the side compartments in the suite (not sure what these are called) had been removed from both our seats too.

As a regular on an LGW 777 for a leisure route (PUJ), almost everyone is travelling in a pair, and many many families in J. I just can't see that Club Suites would work for couples or families, it's very hard to communicate with anyone else and it would be hell with a young child if for example you booked a centre pair and had to constantly run around the cabin to get to the child on the other side.

Likewise, my BA181 LHR-EWR for 17 Sep has been changed to the 77J variant as well. Seems unlucky as the majority of the 777-200s have been upgraded, and I am pretty sure BA likes to fly the refurbed planes on the lucrative London-New York route.
Also, I think you're correct, it's only G-YMMR (which flew BA180/BA181 on 8/9 Sep) and G-YMMS (which flew them on 4/5 Sep) left on the LHR fleet.
G-YMMU has been parked since July and no news on it's return to LHR unfortunatley!

Either way I feel like SFO always tends to get the older aircraft for some reason. It wasn't that long ago the B747 still flew (love the jumbo, but product was very old).
I'd love to see the A350 finally get here. I was on the A380 yesterday and it was packed, not sure if it's to avoid having 3 flights per day?

SFO life is sad life.
On another note, I wonder if we will see the CS 777 go back to Tokyo? Perhaps someone more informed can tell me if the CS configured aircraft are capable of doing that flight given the current airspace issues necessitating a long routing.
BA has the 787 scheduled on that route when it resumes in November. I have no idea who would ever book CW when ANA will be offering The Room on that route.

Airlines giving their verdicts on the challenges the city is facing in general?!
Definitely seeing some interesting flight paths at the moment.
Looks like the BA 777 fleet comprises 200ER and 300ER, both of which have some CS retrofitted aircraft, and have ranges of 7,065 and 7,370 nmi respectively. Not sure if/how much this changes based on 3- or 4- class config, imagine not much.
LHR to HND/NRT is 5,191 nmi Great Circle distance, looks like the longer routing is about 1,000 more. By comparison B789 typically has range of 7,635 nmi so I'd imagine the 777s are fine, the 300 almost certainly. JL and NH flying the 300 on that longer routing currently.

If you book a CS flight and it's converted to an aircraft with the old CW suites, how do seats convert over? We are in 1A and 2A SFO LHR on a CS seat map and am concerned we will end up on aisles in CW.

I'd hope with Japan reopening BA would really want to ramp up the experience on that route as demand will likely be high going into Spring 2023.

I'm hoping for this. I have 2 for 1 redemption on the Tokyo route for Jan 2023. I had the same route booked for 2020 and it was showing Club Suites. It would be nice to have an updated seat now that the flight will be 14 hours!

I made a booking for the end of February with a LHR-PHL included, and I had the "sad" surprise to find the old CW map when choosing the seats. My husband hates them, so I am crossing my finger for some sort of "miracle" that will assigna CS plane on that route. Are there any real chances for that?
