It may be another lesson in reasons why not to take FR24 information at face value. It could well be a filing or interpretation error.

It’s going to BSL and back, but not from LHR

I usually use Flightaware to track the aircraft in anticipation of any delays. Failing that I use flightradar24.

I'm quite sure that BA would move heaven and earth to avoid using EasyJet to operate any of its flights. Customers might find that the planes are more comfortable.

Flight Operations at LHR have confirmed it’s a BA plane A321.

Some people on here really need to learn how FR24 works.

Can you share/provide insight for those who don’t know?

There might have been an error on FR24 earlier on but, if so, it is now corrected. G-EZGF is shown to operate the Easyjet LGW-BSL-LGW flights tonight whereas G-EUXK operates the BA Heathrow rotation.

Can confirm that it is indeed a BA operated flight on G-EUXK.

Was just hilarious ...

Curious as to which system would have been responsible for the misinformation, instead of recording the EasyJet flight BSL to LGW operated by Easyjet, how did it get reported as a BA flight BSL to LHR operated by Easy-jet. (Same for the outbound flights from LGW/LHR)

Would this really be a FR24 Issue? Other sites I looked at were also reporting misinformation.

Thoughts welcome.

My guess, and it really is a guess, is that it was a ground agent error at BSL.
