31st May Heathrow Express Points Failure [c. 20 minute delay]
Just standing on the platform at Paddington and we are being advised there is a points failure in both directions, currently 20 minutes delay expected (no trains in site though).

Update - we left a few mins late but are stuck somewhere between Paddington and Heathrow. The driver has just said the mainline is closed, so we are on the relief line, which is heavily congested.

Is HEX still calculating compensation by subtracting the price of a one-way ticket from a roundtrip ticket, which means that even with a full refund you only get GBP 12 (i.e. GBP 37 minus GBP 25)?
