T5 Arrivals lounge opening half hour late today
The title says it all, a queue of unhappy tired people and finally a solitary BA agent arrives to open up at 0530 the caterers are already inside and ready incidentally. Obviously we all got an apology.....only kidding! What a poor performance. Perhaps worth a complaint for a few Avios?

My DFW-LHR landed 25 mins late today and took even longer to get a stand (blocked by another BA craft) so I only got to the arrivals lounge at 13:45. You’d think they’d keep it open a little longer, but no. Escorted out at 14:00 exactly after a loud knock on the shower room door as I was preparing to leave.
