A good crew many times makes up for other shortcomings. This is an inconsistent factor . Unfortunately a combination of an Upper Desk and a good crew is not widely available.
So while BA continues to evolve the feature of premium classes, the fastest way to change would be heavy emphasis on cabin crew.
