Almost diverted at GIB

Almost diverted at GIB
Nearly had to divert on the BA 492 today as the radar at GIB was not working. Capt said we could hold for a further 7-8 mins before having to divert to Malaga. Fortunately radar started working and we landed.
On arrival at the stand I noticed a Jaguar car with Crown number plates on the tarmac next to the aircraft- I was wondering if that could be someone connected to the Gibraltar Govt?

Tks! Presumably his wife was flying as there was just one female sitting in the back with driver/security in the front.
