Will bags check through LGA-BOS-LHR with 7 hour connection?

Will bags check through LGA-BOS-LHR with 7 hour connection?
I'm planning to fly LGA-BOS and then go out for some meetings in BOS before flying BOS-LHR. Can I check through my bags in LGA all the way to LHR?

Yes, that should be fine, so long as it is one ticket from LGA to London and it is not a Basic (hand baggage only) ticket.
