Booking not showing
My flight booking for today does not show up on my Executive club page and the App on my iPad but does on my Android phone. Managed to check in through the manage my booking on the regular page. It let me process a next class Avios upgrade all through to the payment then suddenly says call the office. BA IT is a joke.

They are doing some work in this area at the moment, and as ever with people from IT, you would probably hear the immortal phrases "back end" and "front end". This has happened many times before, after a few days it will resolve itself and your logged in area of BA.com / App will repopulate itself in due course. In the meantime just search your email using the phrase "IATA Number" to find your booking references - this shows e-tickets and amended e-tickets. Login in the usual way then use the Manage My Booking tab with the PNR and surname to see the usual details.

Going to "Find Booking" with PNR and Surname leads to the dead-end error message.
Going to e-mail and e-ticket does, however, present a big RED button "Manage my booking" which does lead happily to the usual place.
Normal functionality also achieved by going to the App, and clicking on "Manage my booking on ba.com".
Just printed the essential hard copies.

Also got this issue at the moment - surely it would be worth them putting a note on the Exec Club home page, I can imagine the contact centre getting a lot of calls from people wondering where there bookings have gone (and thus slowing response times).

Glad to have the App, which I rarely use, which at least leads to credible [and useable] data.
One day ba.com will work properly, but perhaps not in my lifetime.
