Lounge access connecting Y class
Soft landed to bronze. J class to JFK but onward AA connecting flight only Y class available. Do I get lounge access in JFK & similarly on 1st return segment?

You do yes, assuming your flight to JFK is long-haul.

A quick related question: does a passenger transiting LHR arriving CW and departing WT+ but on two separate tickets have lounge access between flights?

if this is a T5-T5 connection then yes to the GC lounges.

Apologies if this is posted elsewhere. I have a trip coming up DFW/LHR/OSL. If I am traveling in AA J from DFW to LHR and Y LHR to OSL does that grant me access to the Galleries Lounge in T5 inbetween flights?

Hi,

Yes you do ( For Galleries Club )

Actually as you are a AA EXP ( One world emerald) per your profile you can access Galleries First in LHR T5

Ah, yes. Job switch a few years back and my profile still indicated EXP. Now just lifetime AA Gold
