Yes, I will give BA credit for that. Refreshingly free of bull.... for a change, and a lot of ground covered in ~5 minutes.

Well this forum does tend to look with a glass half empty approach, but this is a timely reminder of how BA are evolving from the dark days of "Cutting is in our DNA". Lots to smile warmly about.
