Ahhh I was faffing with taking avios to reduce the cost.... had Rio all booked and done, but then on last page they sold out again. Oh well, probably for the best haha!

don't use the book now button - use the search tool to the right side of the page with the offer on. That is where I have found the quickest way on.

Got the outbound for £100 and could'nt get the return to price at £100...by the time I played around with the dates the fare was gone!! shame!!
